Flaw

I had many strengths but also a lot of weaknesses especially since I'm beautiful. I'm the most beautiful goddess and hate women or goddesses who say they are more beautiful than I am. If any goddess or women think she is more beautiful than I am I cures them or even kill them with a horrible punishment. Also since many men are attracted to me I cheated on Hephaestus a lot of times. Sometimes I love to make gods sleep with mortals which was really fun for me. It sometimes got me in trouble with Zeus. I can't make gods love humans when Zeus tricked me into making love with a handsome mortal and having a baby.

                                           

Enemy

Hera and Athena are both my enemies. It all began when a wedding took place and all the gods were invited except Eris, god of discord. Eris then threw a golden apple inscribed "the fairest one". Hera, Athena, and I claimed it was ours. Zeus wanted prince Paris to choose one of us so there was a contest between Hera, Athena, and I to see which one of us was the fairest and keep the golden apple. We each offered him a favor and I offered him the best which was Helen the most beautiful woman in the world  to be his wife. He accepted my offer and made me the fairest goddess. Paris then awarded me with the golden apple.

   

                                    

The Three Graces

Aglaia, Euphrosyne, and Thalia, known as the three graces are my friends. They are also daughters of Zeus. The Three Graces are the goddesses of beauty, creativity, and charm. Each one of them have a different power. Aglaia is the goddess of splendor and glory, Euphrosyne is the goddess of mirth and joy, and Thalia was the goddess of springtime and good cheer. They all have different powers They fill the world with pleasant and bring joy to men and gods and are always seen dancing together. The Three Graces became my attendants when I rose from the foam of the sea and they gave me jewelry and dressed me to take me to Mount Olympus where I became an Olympian.

              

                                

My love

Hephaestus, the lame god of fire, is my husband. I did not want to marry Hephaestus the ugliest god but Zeus made me marry him. Even though Hephaestus is the ugliest god he was useful for making my beautiful jewelry like my girdle. I have many affairs with other gods and mortals and also have many children with them. I did love Hephaestus but did not like that he was very ugly. Bit my true love is Ares, god of war. Ares and I had six children wich were Eros, Anteros, Phobos, Deimos, Harmonia, and Adrestia. My marriage with Hephaestus is a disaster. 

              

  

                                  

Envoriment

I live at the very top of Mount Olympus. My husband Hephaestus created all Olympian's homes. From the top Mount Olympus twelve of us gods and goddesses ruled the universe and Zeus was the leader of Mount Olympus. The twelve god and goddesses were Apollo, Ares, Artemis, Athena, Demeter, Hephaestus, Hera, Hermes, Hestia, Poseidon, Zeus, and me. My most favorite thing to do is give out love to mortals and gods and goddesses. I like to visit land and help mortals that are searching for love. Sometimes in my free time I would go meet with Ares and sometimes other gods. 

      

           

                                      

Animal

Aphrodite: Sacred Animal 

I have many things that symbolize me like my girdle, rose, seashells, golden apple, the ocean, mirrors, and a lot more. But my two main sacred animals are the doves and dolphins. White doves symbolize hope, peace, love, beauty, and Holy Spirit. A dolphins symbolize harmony, intelligence, and generosity. The dolphin symbolizes me because I was from the sea and they can also take me were ever I want. Doves are beautiful and elgent and symbolize me because I'm the goddess of love and beauty. Doves are helpful they help me find put what is going on. Doves are always fluttering around me or in my hand.

                                 

Power

 Aphrodite: My powers

I am Aphrodite the goddess of love, beauty, and sexuality. My power is to make mortals and gods to fall in love and I use my girdle to compel love.  My golden girdle, which was made by my husband Hephaestus, can make women who wears it irresistible to men. I brought love into the world. But I don't always make people or mortals fall in love I can also make them hate each other. I can destroy anyone who tries to prevent my natural working of love. I can help or destroy you.
